On June 29, 2012, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered an Order enjoining the State of Florida from enforcing “The Firearm Owners’ Privacy Act”. The Act, which was signed into law after the 2011 Florida legislative session, was challenged in Bernd Wollschlaeger, et al., v. Frank Farmer, et al., Case No.: 11-22026-Civ-Cooke.

On Friday, September 23, 2011, Administrative Law Judge, David Watkins entered a Final Order invalidating a 1992 rule relating to the apportionment of trauma centers with designated trauma service areas. A link to the Final Order is posted below.
