The Florida Bar Health Law Section is seeking articles for the Winter 2012 issue of the Health Law Section Newsletter which focuses on issues impacting Florida healthcare attorneys. The newsletter is distributed to all of the Health Law Section members and is posted on the Section’s website, so it is a good forum to convey experience in health law subjects. We are seeking six articles.

OCTOBER 31 APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR 12 FLORIDA BAR BOARD CERTIFICATION AREAS


Tallahassee, Oct. 2
– Florida Bar members interested in board certification must submit applications by Oct. 31 for 12 of Florida's 24 legal specialization areas. Applications are available on The Florida Bar website at FloridaBar.org/certification, and must be postmarked by Oct. 31 for the following specialties: Antitrust & Trade Regulation; Business Litigation; City, County & Local Government; Construction Law; Criminal Appellate; Criminal Trial; Health Law; Intellectual Property; Real Estate; State/Federal Government and Administrative Practice; Wills, Trusts & Estates; and Workers' Compensation.
