The Firearm Owners’ Privacy Act Decision

On June 29, 2012, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered an Order enjoining the State of Florida from enforcing “The Firearm Owners’ Privacy Act”.  The Act, which was signed into law after the 2011 Florida legislative session, was challenged in Bernd Wollschlaeger, et al., v. Frank Farmer, et al., Case No.: 11-22026-Civ-Cooke.
