These summaries are presented to Section members for general information only and do not constitute legal advice from The Florida Bar, its Health Law Section, or the authors of these summaries. You will note that there are two summaries regarding the U.S. Supreme Court opinion in United Health Services v. United States ex rel. Escobar, No. 157, slip op. (U.S. June 16, 2016).
