The Bylaws are the guiding principles for governing the Health Law Section of The Florida Bar. They consist of multiple articles such as the purposes of the section, membership, executive council, officers, meetings, elections, legislative policy, and committees. To view our Bylaws, click here.
The Bylaws of this section provide an organization within The Florida Bar for members in good standing who have an interest in health law; offers an organization for individuals practicing a profession related to health care who have an interest in health law; and creates a forum for communication and education to improve and develop the field of health law while serving the public and Bar in carrying out the professional needs and objectives in this area of law.
